2024 Workshops

April 21, 2024 1 – 3:30pm Altered Grief: Grieving through altered books and visual journaling. *This workshop is now full*

In this workshop, we will explore how we can use altered books to explore the ebbs and flows of grief in

our lives. Our grief can be the loss of a loved one, a separation, an unmarked life transition, changes in

our health, or changes in part of ourselves we wish to remember. We will explore different altered book

techniques to inspire us to continue journaling our feelings and reflections on loss and changes. Through

altering pages with mixed media of a reclaimed book we can begin the journey of altering our grief to a

new story.

February 25, 2024 1 – 3:30pm Feeling Our Way Through ChangeThe new year brings in aspirations

for change in our patterns. What is your relationship to making change? Rather than creating

a to-do list for change, how would you like this change to feel? In this workshop we invite

participants to use art to explore and reflect on how we can be more intentional about

change in our lives.

Register early to secure your spot at the workshops!

We require a minimum of 10 registered participants to run a workshop.
