Thursday, June 1st 6:00 PM – 8:30 PMThrough “It’s a Tactile World,” the sculptors of the Sculptors’ Association of Alberta (SAA) share their various methods and media of subject matter, working in both 2-dimensional (relief) and 3-dimensional formats.
Visitors to the VASA Gallery will experience a dynamic and diverse representation of Alberta sculpture, relief and paintings from a wide range of artists. We hope you appreciate the potential and diversity of sculpture as an art form, and how it has shaped the artists’ journey, challenges, and growth. We hope the experience will be personal and comforting for gallery visitors as they share each sculptors’ journey.
