Join a community of visual artists and enjoy the benefits of membership with St. Albert’s local studios and galleries! We welcome visual artists of all abilities, skill levels and disciplines to our organization.

Not an artist, but still want to contribute? Consider helping us support local artists with a donation to VASA, or with your time as a volunteer!

Cost of Membership

Standard Membership: $50.00 (annually)

A membership period runs from January 1 and ends December 31. Unfortunately, we do not offer pro-rated memberships.

Benefits of Membership

Members can be proud of supporting St. Albert’s first artist-run centre! As a member, you will receive:

• Studio Eligibility: Members are able to apply for a studio space.
• Group Exhibitions: Opportunities to exhibit in member-only group exhibitions.
• Reduced Commission: Members receive a lower commission rate on art sales than non-members in any exhibition.
• Member Discounts: Members receive discounts on VASA-hosted workshops, lectures, and programs.
• Organization Communication: Receive our monthly newsletter, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes to keep current on VASA.
• Organization Privileges: Member Artists are voting members of VASA and are invited to attend and vote at our Annual General Meeting, join the Board of Directors, and contribute to the future of VASA.
